[Your company name] cleans [Building name]. We have joined a program run by Colby AI, Inc. Colby pays cleaning companies to record their real cleaning work on video. We would like your OK before we record at your building.
Our cleaner wears a phone on a headband, up at the forehead and tipped down. It films the cleaner's hands, the tools and the spot being cleaned. It does not scan the room like a security camera.
Colby uses the video to help AI and robot teams learn how cleaning is done. Colby owns the video and may share some of it with those teams. We will clean on the same schedule, with the same crew.
What we record
- Our cleaners' hands and tools.
- The sink, floor, trash can or counter being cleaned.
- Rooms like lobbies, halls, break rooms and restrooms, only when no one else is in them.
What we keep off camera
- Offices, desks and papers.
- Computer screens and phones.
- People. If someone walks in, we stop recording.
- Any room you ask us to skip.
