[Your company name]: ramp-up plan
Start date: [Setup day]. Camera kits: [Number of kits]. Hour target: [Hour target] accepted hours a month, across all kits. Your Order Form says whether the target is a goal or a minimum.
Hours per kit each week: [Hour target] ÷ 4.3 weeks ÷ [Number of kits] = [Hours per kit] hours. Plan your shifts so each kit can reach that by week 3.
Before day one
- Order Form and agreement signed.
- Building OK in writing for each building you will record in. Use the letter at colby.ing/learn/building-letter.
- Each cleaner who will record has read the crew sheet and said yes. Use colby.ing/learn/crew-handout.
- Pick the buildings, shifts and cleaners for each kit.
Setup day
- Colby sets up each kit with you: phone, app, headband and your company's invite code.
- Each cleaner does a short test recording and uploads it before they leave.
- Save Colby's number and the setup page, colby.ing/setup, on each phone.
Week 1: first shifts
- Record on real shifts in a few buildings. Aim for about a third of your weekly hours.
- Upload after every shift. Colby checks each upload within 24 to 48 hours.
- Fix any feedback before recording more. Slipping mounts and hands out of view are the usual first notes.
Week 2: every kit, every shift
- Every kit records on every shift you planned. Aim for about two-thirds of your weekly hours.
- Check your hours at colby.ing/portal each morning.
- A short check-in call with Colby: what passed, what to fix, which shifts to add.
Weeks 3 to 5: full pace
- Each kit at [Hours per kit] hours a week.
- If a kit falls behind, move it to a longer shift or another cleaner.
- Tell Colby early if you want more kits, more buildings or more cleaners.
Week 6: end of the first term
- Colby sends the count of accepted hours. Pay follows the timing in your Order Form.
- Decide together: keep going month to month, add kits, or change the hour target.
