What you earn
The math for a small crew, and what makes an hour count.
You earn $10 to $15 for each hour of video our team accepts. Only accepted hours are paid. The example below shows a five-person crew. It is an example, not a promise.
An example crew
Say you run 5 cleaners on 4-hour nights, 5 nights a week. That is 100 work hours a week. Over a month it comes to about 400 work hours.
Now say half of those hours are recorded and accepted. That is 200 hours. At $10 to $15 an hour, that month pays $2,000 to $3,000.

What an accepted hour is
An accepted hour is an hour of video our team has checked and approved. Our team reviews each upload within 24 to 48 hours. That review window is not a pay date.
The agreement calls this a Recorded Hour. The camera must be on at the job site, and the video must be uploaded. Part of an hour is paid as part of an hour.
What gets hours rejected
- Wiping a surface that is already clean, over and over.
- Slowing down or repeating a task to add time.
- Hands out of view. Keep the full palm and all fingers in the shot when you hold something.
- A dead phone, a broken file or a mount that slipped.
- Staged work that is not real cleaning.

When is the rate set?
The range is $10 to $15 an hour. Our team confirms your exact rate in writing, and it stays the same unless we both agree in writing to change it.
Do I get paid for hours that don't pass review?
No. Only accepted hours are paid. If our team sends feedback, fix it before you record more.
Can a solo cleaner earn this way?
